The kitchenette worked nicely for three singles, with a harbor view. It’s right on the promenade.

After being left stranded by a really bad experience at another hotel, we had a wonderful stay here. The staff were kind and very friendly, and our room was spotless, with a lovely view over the sea front.

Claudia at reception was so friendly and made sure we felt comfortable. The hotel is very clean, centrally located, and serves an awesome breakfast in the room. The harbor and costanera views are amazing. For me, it’s the best hotel in Puerto Montt. Recommended 💯, and I’ll stay again.

The building’s a little old, but it’s comfortable. Breakfast was good and brought to the room, and the staff were very friendly. It’s central, clean, welcoming, and an affordable option. I recommend it.
