Cabañas Kauken

After two weeks traveling around southern Chile, this was easily the best place we stayed. The hot tub was pure pleasure after a full day of hiking, and the facilities were well maintained and set up for relaxing after long days of travel and trekking. David was always cheerful and encouraging, and we really appreciated his helpfulness and attention to detail. Thank you for everything.

We enjoyed the quiet, out-of-town setting and the mountain view from the window. The cabin had a sauna and hot tub. Lovely!

The space, location, and amenities were all outstanding, but David's hospitality really made our stay. He went out of his way to help and patiently worked through an issue I had with my payment card for the online booking. When we arrived, he told us he'd upgraded us after I'd mentioned my partner's birthday. It was such a treat after a long trek in Torres del Paine. We loved staying here and meeting David. Thanks again!

David was incredibly accommodating, helping arrange transfers and dinners and sort out luggage storage. He also had plenty of local recommendations for us to try. The accommodation was just what we needed to get ready for our trip to Torres del Paine, and his hospitality went above and beyond. We'd love to come back, 10/10!
