I stayed for two nights, one before my hike and one after, and everything was excellent. The breakfast was simple but delicious, just what I needed before a long hike. They also offer luggage lockers for a small fee, which worked really well with my hiking schedule. From the minute I arrived, the girls working there made me feel welcome. They were warm, friendly, and always ready to help, and their lovely, positive energy really made the place feel like home. I'd stay again and recommend it. Thank you for everything 💜

They made me feel so welcome, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Leaving my big pack there while I hiked the W Trek was no problem, for a flat rate of 3000. Breakfast was good, and I loved their ginger cat, who kept sneaking into my room when the window was open. Two of the three showers and toilets are pretty tiny, though.

After trekking, the beds were comfy, and the centre of Puerto Natales is only a 10 minute walk away. The team at 53 Sur were the best, accommodating and helpful from the moment I arrived. It's a great choice for solo travelers, and I can't wait to return. Breakfast is included, and there's laundry service and luggage storage while you're off trekking.

The beds were warm and had loads of blankets, which helped since upstairs was a bit cold with heating only downstairs. The staff were very friendly and let us leave our heavy backpacks in a locked, secured closet after checkout while we explored the city. We could also hang out in the lounge before our flight. It was cozy, good value, and we would have happily stayed longer than one night. Definitely recommend.

The place is basic, but the staff are friendly and helpful. It's good value compared with other options, especially for a single room, and breakfast was good too.
