Vinnhaus Boutique hotel

The dogs were friendly and well behaved, and the breakfast area and greenhouse are beautifully done. I absolutely loved this quaint, beautifully decorated place. Our cream-colored room even had a chandelier. It’s right in the center of Puerto Natales.

We had a lovely five-night stay in this beautiful property, and really appreciated the friendly staff, especially Baagiaa and Scarlett. They were personable, helpful, and knowledgeable, real hoteliers. One thing about the boxed breakfast: for dietary reasons, we asked to swap the yogurt for a hard boiled egg. The woman on duty checked with the manager, who I assume is the one often sitting in the lobby with a laptop, and he declined. I’m sure he had his reasons, since boiled eggs are on the breakfast menu. Still, because of all Baagiaa did for us, I’m giving the service five stars.

The rooms had extremely thin walls and floors, and we could actually feel them shake when people walked down the hallway. The construction was very poor, and we likely wouldn’t stay again. The owners also seemed aloof and not very friendly, leaving us feeling like we were imposing. On the positive side, the interior design was amazing, with real care for detail, and the hostess greeted us warmly. Breakfast was OK.

We loved the four lovely dogs who live at the hotel and kept us company during our stay. The room was cozy and decorated just right, and breakfast was awesome. The owners were kind and very helpful. The hotel is right in the center of Puerto Natales, and we’d recommend it to anyone visiting.
