The hostel has a nice kitchen and common area, but I found the beds in the twin bunk rooms uncomfortable. We had an issue during our stay, and it was handled professionally. I’m very grateful for that.

We stayed for four nights and loved the cozy, happy atmosphere. It’s a cute little bed and breakfast style hostel, and the service was great, with staff ready to help. Breakfast was very good and complete. Thank you, Aurora and the rest of the team. We totally recommend the place!

We rented a sleeping bag, backpack, waterproof trousers, crampons, and poles for the W Trek. The trousers ripped on the first day and the sticks broke, but they gave us a refund. The rooms were comfortable, and the breakfast and kitchen facilities were lovely. It costs more than other hostels, but I thought the comfortable stay was worth it. Would recommend staying here.

Our private room was great. The beds were comfortable, the duvet was great for the cold weather, and we had no trouble with hot water. The room off the kitchen is awesome, and the hostel has great vibes. It’s close to restaurants and supermarkets, too. Breakfast is included and starts early, which worked well for our day excursions. Service was great, with someone always at the front desk for restaurant suggestions and trekking advice. They were bilingual as well, which helped. We had a great stay and couldn’t find anything negative about it.
