The staff were very nice and attentive, and the breakfast was pretty good, with eggs one day. The room and bathroom were flawless, among the cleanest I’ve seen in a hostel in Chile. The location is very central, so you can walk almost anywhere and get a taxi easily if needed. The room kept outside noise out very well, but not sounds from inside the hotel, like loud conversations at night or forks and knives rattling at breakfast.

I only spent one night here while passing through on my way to Puerto Natales, and it was a nice spot to get some rest. There’s no parking provided, so you have to leave the car on the street and pay. The “E concesionado” signs around downtown mean that parking is metered. For one night, though, it wasn’t a big deal.

Plenty of places to store your things and outlets for charging, and I liked that the bathroom had a shower booth instead of a curtain. The Wi-Fi was steady, though not especially fast. Most of the staff were friendly, and some spoke English. It may not be the best place in town, but I enjoyed staying here.

The buffet breakfast was good, and the bed was really comfortable, with strong hot water in the shower. It’s only two blocks from the main square, and the staff were excellent. The decor and atmosphere were lovely too. I’d definitely come back.

I especially liked spending time in the common areas, which are decorated with lovely taste and have a really harmonious feel. The place itself is beautiful and welcoming. Breakfast was very good, and the staff were friendly, attentive, and helpful.
