For 150,000 pesos a night, I expected much better service. The cabin was comfortable, but it smelled like a bathroom, and the price felt disgustingly high. Around midnight, we were told the whole group would be kicked out, with a scene and claims that the police had been called. The owner's wife got worked up over us laughing and dipping our toes in the water at night. There were so many restrictions: no ball games in the pool, splashing, or eating near it, and no noise. Music was allowed only very quietly until midnight. They did apologize, thankfully, but I won't be back. 😓

The staff made us feel welcome and everything was awesome. We even got to see the newest arrival, Thor. In the photos with Rysa and Thor. I’d definitely come back, 100% recommended!

For us, guest safety and giving everyone the quiet they deserve come first. There are six other cabins, and we have a responsibility to the people staying in them. That night, the other cabins weren't making disturbing noise, and nobody else was bathing in the lake. Our guests generally understand the rules: the lake isn't a suitable place to swim, especially at night and without any protection, because of the risk of an accident. We have the right to expel groups who break the rules and put themselves at risk. Mr. Alfredo Gutierrez, I remember that night clearly. I told you repeatedly that you had chosen the wrong place for a farewell celebration. If you wanted loud music, shouting, and swimming in underwear in the lake, as the women with you did, you should have gone camping or rented the whole complex.
