The rooms are a decent size and look recently renovated, and breakfast was okay. But it’s so cold in there that it’s uncomfortable. There’s no heating in the rooms, and hot water only seems to be available first thing in the morning. We’d read the other reviews and figured the cold probably wasn’t a real issue. It is!

The breakfast was very good, and I was highly satisfied with my stay. It was a very good hotel and a very good experience overall. The rooms were a bit chilly, though we were there during the highland winter.

The facilities are decent, but the service is very poor. Bring your own soap and shampoo. This is a guesthouse with breakfast included, not a hotel.

Our stop in Putre during a couple’s trip to the Altiplano was lovely. It’s a beautiful, peaceful place with stunning landscapes, friendly people, traditional architecture, and delicious food. The hotel has a solid building, spacious rooms, comfortable beds, clean, soft sheets, and cozy blankets and comforters. Continental breakfast and parking are included. We highly recommend it.
