Breakfast was included in the price, and the owner was friendly and helpful. The rooms were nice and very clean.

The place itself is okay, but the lady staff member looking after it showed poor hospitality. She doesn’t seem to know how to host people well or build good relationships with them.

We came to Puyuhuapi to film a documentary about a glacier, and were very happy with this accommodation. Veronica was an incredible host, always ready to help. She arranged for our group to share rooms with another group so everyone could be as comfortable as possible. She also gave us a room to keep our equipment, offered breakfast, and shared useful tips about town. I’d highly recommend it if you’re filming in the area or on vacation! 👍🏽
