It's a nice, quiet place to unwind, but we arrived to a dirty cabin with cobwebs and filthy, broken windows, so we had to clean it thoroughly ourselves. We got the last cabin, the one farthest away, and its yard was full of trash, food containers, bottles, and shredded toilet paper. I can't tell whether they missed cleaning that day or if it's normally like that.

I only found out by chance, when I called before the trip, that my reservation was wrong. I'd paid a month ahead for two cabins and confirmed everything on WhatsApp, but they entered it incorrectly, leaving two families disappointed and unable to visit. Their bookings through phone, WhatsApp, and Booking.com seem disorganized. I'd suggest checking your reservation two or three times before going.

The only person who treated us well was Máximo, who was friendly and helpful. The first night we found a mouse, and when we asked for a refund so we could leave, the owner came over and was very unpleasant and rude. There was no proper trash collection point. Three bins behind our cabin by the parking lot were overflowing and smelled awful, with flies all over them. The last rat extermination was in 2023 and the last house fumigation in 2019. The cabins weren't fully equipped, the lighting was so poor they felt very dark, and the kitchen had few utensils, like serving dishes or a blender. We were moved to another cabin, but outside it sat a box of empty beer and wine bottles every day, and nobody collected them. The pool is saltwater, which we think is seawater. The burning was so intense we couldn't open our eyes. The children had to stop swimming after one developed a wound in his private parts. I wouldn't return or recommend the place.
