I wasn't sure what to expect after reading the reviews, but the hotel turned out to be really nice. The front desk staff were helpful, and my room felt modern and was clean. The bathroom and shower were great too. I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area.

I had a great view of the Andes from my room, and it was calm and clean. Breakfast choices were limited, the laundry help was unreliable, and there's no washer or dryer in the hotel. Dinner also took forever to arrive after I ordered. Fine for a day or two, but for a longer stay I'd look for a better hotel.

The location by an accessible shopping center is a real plus, and free parking is hard to beat, especially since fewer hotels offer it these days. My room was large and clean, with a good shower and a mini fridge that wasn't stocked, just how I like it. The amenities are a bit lacking, though, and breakfast was only okay at best, with limited options.

The Hotel didn't return the food and drink, and then I got home and found my laptop charger missing from my bag. I have to assume it was stolen, and that it happened at the hotel. Watch out if you decide to stay there.

The room had a work area and a mini-fridge, and the restaurant and bar are good. Staff are nice, and being right by the mall and Lider means you have everything you need. I believe Manquehue is the nicest hotel in Rancagua. There's no pool, though, and almost nowhere in the room to store clothes. I'd recommend it overall.
