I’m talking about the Enjoy casino here, not the superb hotel. The casino is clean in every sense, with lots of machines and games for a place that’s medium-sized compared with others around the capital. Some tables do have fairly high minimums, though. Black Jack, for example, starts at about 15 USD. There are live shows and a couple of restaurants, including a buffet. Buffets usually aren’t my thing, but I tried the salads and desserts here and liked them. A fun little extra is the corner with arcade emulators, a pinball machine, and a pool table.

It’s a small casino, over an hour from Santiago, and there’s no free shuttle to the nearest town. Entry costs 3,300 CLP, or 1,100 CLP between 18:00 and 20:00. Blackjack limits are 5,000-100,000, while mini baccarat runs 10,000-200,000.

The all-you-can-eat restaurant is very good, and the casino is elegant with loads of slot machines.

The staff are all really nice and helpful. There are poker tables and tournaments, and the evening live music and promotional events make the place feel lively and fun. They also have European Roulette with a single zero. The buffet is okay, though nothing special.

The rooms are spacious, with a lovely bathtub in the middle of the bathroom, and the amenities and service feel first class. The food was delicious, but the gaming area was smaller than I expected. My only complaint is the noise: early in the morning, children were running in the halls on the floor above, and other sounds came through easily too. The rooms need better soundproofing. I’m looking forward to coming back.
