Hotel & SPA Colinas De Cuncumen

The food was delicious, and the staff were really friendly. It was a relaxing experience, and you can tell they're reorganizing, so there's plenty of potential. The bathrooms and game room need maintenance. We weren't told that massages had to be booked ahead or that they weren't available on Sundays. The sauna had a sign saying it was free, but then we were told it wasn't on. The heated pool was cold.

The room was bare minimum, without even a television, and the price per person didn't fit the experience. The location and food were adequate, but the organization was poor. We waited almost an hour for lunch after arriving, and they said delays from the previous day had overwhelmed them. Our room number changed three times, which made the assignment confusing. We also tried to book the hot tub, but there were no open times, with the same explanation they gave about lunch.

The food was the best part, excellent in quality, quantity, and variety. The chef was outstanding, and the staff service was superb. It was a lovely place to relax and unwind, though some things could be updated, like the hammocks, lounge chairs, and armchairs.

We spent Valentine's Day here, and they greeted us right when we arrived. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was 10/10. The food came out at a great temperature and had excellent flavor and presentation. The Beef Steak Bowl was a 10/10 specialty. For the self-service rooms, I'd suggest improving the shower's hot water. In the spa area, more privacy would help keep other guests from wandering around. A great place for a weekend or a celebration.
