The breakfast was magnificent, among the three tastiest and most varied hotel breakfasts we've had, and we've visited over 45 countries. The whole complex, from its interior design and lounges to the girls' costumes in the restaurant, made it feel like stepping into another historical era. We only stayed one day, but the soundproofing seemed quite good. Parking was easy to access in mid-April. Definitely recommended.

The museum beside the hotel is outstanding and well worth visiting. There are excellent wineries nearby, including one that has stored its wines up to 9 levels underground. Staff speak English, which is useful for guests who don't speak Spanish. The hotel complex has an attractive old fashioned style and sits opposite the city's central Park. Breakfast was a little noisy, and the lack of waiter service was disappointing.

The museum is a must see, and the grounds are exceptionally beautiful and vast. The breakfast buffet was plentiful and tasty, the food was delicious, and the staff were attentive and professional. They handled parking and retrieving our rental car for us. We didn't try the spa or winery, but enjoyed the other amenities a lot. Hotel Santa Cruz was a lovely first stop on our first trip to South America, and a great welcome to Chile.

There are so many great wineries nearby, and I'd gladly stay here again. I felt safe, the grounds were nice, and parking was good. Breakfast was full and enjoyable, with unlimited sparkling wine each morning and gluten free bread always available. The staff were kind and ready to help, and housekeeping was wonderful. The beds were made every day, and the fresh towels were soft. The pricing felt fair. I'll come back.

Everyone was very kind and did their best to make our stay comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very good and plentiful. The hotel seems not to have been redecorated or made over since it was built, and the rooms, furniture, and fixtures are very old and have a humidity smell. We skipped the spa because of that odor.
