The fridge in our room was faulty and gave off a strong smell. We had headaches overnight before figuring out where it came from. I needed the fridge for medication, and once we told the staff, they took care of things quickly, stored my medication safely, and fixed the problem that same day. Alma Cruz is an older hotel, but it's beautifully maintained, spotless, and full of charm. The classic décor reflects Chilean culture and identity, and the atmosphere feels refined. The location is excellent, and the staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout. Breakfast was good, though it got a bit repetitive on a longer stay for a hotel of this standard. That small, well-handled problem didn't spoil an otherwise lovely visit. I'd gladly come back.

We made good use of the pool, and breakfast was great. It's a nice hotel in a very central spot. The rooms felt a little dated, and the gym was tiny.

The bed was great and the room had plenty of space. Breakfast was fantastic, with pretty much anything you could think of. Front-of-house security and the bar and breakfast staff were excellent 👏

A really nice central place, with a restaurant and a poolside spot to relax. The staff are helpful, and I've seen them accommodate people in several languages, even Mandarin. Just something to know ahead of time.

Fantastic place and great service. The bar by the pool on the 6th was a highlight. Try the pisco sour. Muchas gracias!
