Coffee was available all day and night, and we could bring in food for an evening snack and use their tables and cutlery. Breakfast was fresh and had plenty to choose from, including meat, cheese, bread, cereal, yogurt, fruit, scrambled eggs, tea, coffee, juice, and cakes, with a nice long time window. The staff were incredibly helpful and among the friendliest we've met at a hotel. Breakfast may not have the range of a top-end hotel, but it had everything we needed. The hotel sits on the edge of Downtown, which isn't the best area. We used Uber at night whenever we went out.

The rooms are spacious and furnished in a modern style. The old building has a nice charm, though the floors are uneven and squeak a lot. Staff are friendly, and the location is central, but it gets a little sketchy in the evening.

There are lovely parks and places to eat nearby, and I felt safe in the neighborhood. Having security at the front desk around the clock gave me even more peace of mind. My room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast had everything I could want. It's in a wonderful spot, and I'd recommend staying here.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and I really appreciated being able to check in before the time listed on my reservation. It’s easy to explore Santiago from here on foot or by Metro. The buffet is more of a continental breakfast, but having tea and coffee available all day was a nice touch.
