My booking had been canceled because of overbooking, and when I arrived I was sent to a different hotel. Some people in my group were left without a room for two nights and had to rely on others' kindness. The staff's service was terrible, and they couldn't communicate in Portuguese. Don't book here. There are plenty of similar places nearby.

A large supermarket right beside the apartment is really handy. It's also easy to get around: Bellas Artes subway station is a four-minute walk, and Santa Lucia subway station takes about ten minutes on foot. The staff don't speak English, though, so communication is difficult.

The apartment was just as shown in the pictures, and it was clean and secure. It's right in the city center, with public transport making it easy to reach different parts of town. We also had the room cleaned daily. I highly recommend their services.

There are four apartment towers in the condominium. Some are occupied by permanent residents, while others are rented to tourists. You can use the self-service laundry machines there.
