Apart Views Cordillera

The east-facing view from the 18th floor was very nice, and the room itself was good. I booked the apartment through Booking com, but the air conditioner couldn't keep up with temperatures of 30 C.

We really liked having breakfast and lunch on the patio, though in January the sun reaches that side after 4 o'clock and makes it unusable. We'd probably ask for a south-facing room next time, if one is available. For $85 a night, the place was still the nicest we've stayed in so far in Chile. It's spacious, modern, stylish, and comfortable, with a full kitchen and washer/dryer across two big rooms. The bedroom gets cool from the air conditioning, but the sitting area doesn't. We were on the west side, so the mountain view was only part of the name, and some of the flooring needs replacing. Still, those felt like minor details.

The room was fine and convenient, though figuring things out at first was a bit confusing.

The apartment is immaculate and unusually spacious for Santiago, about 95 square meters. Ours had a central hallway, three rooms on the left and two bathrooms on the right, plus two terraces. There was air conditioning in the bedrooms and living room, generous closets, and a walk-in closet in the master bedroom. Getting to our parking spot on level -5 was a little awkward, though there was plenty of room. The beds were in good condition but a bit hard. Pool access isn't available to everyone, which caused us difficulty with a wheelchair. The location is central: Apumanque mall is practically next door, there's a metro station nearby and public transport just around the corner. Uber is another option for reaching other shopping centers and places to visit. It's a very comfortable apartment, and we'd definitely come back. We found it good for families and people with accessibility needs, apart from the pool access issue. I'd rate it 8 out of 10.
