Street noise comes through the uninsulated windows, and you can hear air passing between apartments vertically and horizontally because there are no soundproofing panels. The building also seems poorly maintained. Its three elevators rarely work.

Dirty rooms, no hot water, and no advisors. Everything was wrong.

The neighborhood is good, and everything is close by.
