I’d recommend staying here. It’s a very good place.

We were disappointed about breakfast: we had paid Despegar for it, but were told it was no longer offered. Despegar was supposed to cover the cost, so we’ll see how that turns out. The pool was being maintained, though they let us use the pool in another tower, which was really nice. The balcony and pool both had lovely views. The building felt very secure, with controlled access and a coded door. The apartment was new and well located, though a bit small for the three of us. The kitchen was decent and had a breakfast bar; the bathroom was fine but nothing special.

Good value, with the metro nearby and several nice spots close enough to walk to. The apartments are spacious and have a lovely view, plus a nice pool. They don't offer room cleaning, though. Ask for one on a higher floor if you can, since those apartments are newer and the view is worth it.

Getting around was easy from this location, with Costanera Center and plenty of restaurants nearby. Our apartment was comfortable, and they upgraded us to a bigger one without charging the difference. The elevator situation made things less convenient: there are lots of apartments but only two working elevators, since the third has been out for six months. Tower A residents also have to take a different elevator to reach the parking garage, and waits can be long. Sunday cleaning isn't included, and they charge extra if you want it, something they hadn't told us ahead of time.
