The stay wasn't awful, but I can't say I enjoyed it. Room 606 was in rough shape, with stained walls, dusty dishes, and holes in both the sheets and towels; the towels also didn't seem very clean, and I wasn't confident the bed was clean either. Management said they were fully booked and couldn't move us, so we had to stay there. I booked partly because there was a pool, but it was closed for the season, and the website hadn't warned us. I don't know whether we just got the worst apartment because we were only there for one night.

The metro is right across the street, and the location makes it easy to get around Santiago. The apartments are pleasant and clean.
