The front desk clerk treated me terribly. I was traveling with broken ribs and only wanted to ask questions and see pictures, but he wouldn’t let me come inside or sit down while I looked for information. He left me standing out in the cold, saying he was busy on a personal video call. The service was absolute garbage, the building was ugly, and the maintenance was dirty. Pass on this one!

The room's kitchenette was nearly useless. Mine had about two forks and a plate, with no pots or pans, though I know other rooms had more. We also had repeated problems with no heat in the middle of winter and no water from the sink and shower. The floors were terribly dirty, and I don't think they'd ever been cleaned. A couple of times we asked for fresh towels and were told there weren't any extra. We went over a day without toilet paper, kept asking, and it took them forever to bring more. Worse, staff stole over $500 USD worth of my clothing over the course of the stay. Keep track of your belongings if you stay here. We filed a report, but nothing happened: no refund, no apology, nothing. Food, mostly fruit and yogurt, also went missing often. I came back to find my makeup open and used by staff. They invaded my privacy and did nothing about it. I spent most days panicking that more of my clothes or food would be gone. I lost money anyway, and wish I'd paid more to stay somewhere better. After all that, they still asked me to leave a good Google review. I don't want this happening to anyone else. Save yourself the worry and don't stay here. I could keep listing problems. If I could give zero stars, I would.

The rooms were spacious, and the rates were good. I got a quick, friendly reply when I contacted them by email.

The location was the sole good point. Reception was disappointing, especially one young woman who seemed irritated whenever we asked her anything. We paid extra for breakfast, but all we got was a bag of snacks left at our door the night before. Don't fall for paying for breakfast. There was a terrible smell in the bathroom, possibly from plumbing problems in the building. At checkout, the only elevator was “under maintenance,” so we had to haul our heavy suitcases down from a high floor. They advertise parking, but on arrival said it was “subject to availability,” so they don't offer it. A disastrous hotel overall. Better options are available nearby.
