The location and Wi-Fi were good, and Alejandro was friendly. But the photos gave the wrong impression. The roughly 30-square-meter studio seems to have been made by dividing an apartment, and the host lives next door, sharing the same entrance. It needs paint and has poor lighting, no bathroom window, and too few appliances. There’s no electric oven, air fryer, or blender. Using both burners trips the breaker. The window won’t open, and the only ventilation is an air conditioner fixed at 25°C with no remote. The double bed is two single beds pushed together, with alarmingly old, uncomfortable mattresses. Payment had to be in cash in USD or CLP, with no platform, card, or international transfer option, so we had to exchange money. Consider whether the price is worth it.

Right in the city center, these apartments are close to the metro, bus stops, shops, restaurants, and bars. They’re fully set up for cooking and have what you need for a luxurious stay. There’s maid service too, and the owner takes great care of guests. A 10 out of 10, I’d recommend them.

The owner was welcoming and helpful, and the apartment was clean, comfortable, and had a very comfortable bed. There’s also a refrigerator for food. The location makes it easy to get to supermarkets, currency exchange offices, Costanera Center, and public transport. The large windows face a main avenue, though, so it can get noisy. Also, the building elevator is sometimes out of service.
