We chose the family apartment with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a mini kitchen instead of booking two hotel rooms. It was spacious and comfortable, and the building was great. El Golf is a lovely, upscale, safe neighborhood, with a mini market conveniently across the street. One shower was ridiculously tiny. In summer, the bedroom without air conditioning was uncomfortable. We left its door open to get air from the living room AC and asked the front desk for a fan.

The kitchenette was a good size for simple meals, with a pot, pan, induction stove, and combination microwave. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, and the location in Tobalaba is very convenient: five minutes from the metro and MUT mall, and about a ten-minute walk from Cenco Costa era. My only complaint is that the toilet area feels a bit cramped. I’d highly recommend this service apartment in Santiago.

We had no hot water because of a malfunction, but they agreed to a decent refund. With the good location, nice apartment, amazing view from the 13th floor, and pretty good reception service, I’d still recommend it.
