The bathroom and bed were the biggest problems. It took 15 minutes of running the water to get hot water, the room was cramped, there was no shampoo, the shower curtain seemed like an afterthought, and the whole bathroom looked awful. The mattress was rock hard, and the pillows were shredded foam. The TV was very basic, with no HD, premium channels, or program guide. I also had to leave the light on for the outlet by the bed to work, which points to poor wiring. On the plus side, service was very good, the location is central, and the tight parking felt safe. I’d suggest it only to someone who needs somewhere in a hurry and wants something relatively cheap.

The room and bathroom were spotless, which is why I gave it two stars. But on the Saturday night we arrived, they told us there was no hot water and had to call the MotelNow app to confirm it. We also missed breakfast the next morning because it closed at 9 AM, while our checkout was at 11.

We paid 29,000 pesos for 12 hours, and it felt like the worst money I’ve spent. The soundproofing was so poor we could hear everything next door, the juice provided was powdered, and there was no hot water because of the thermos system. There are no phones in the rooms, so you have to use room service. The service itself was okay, but everything else was terrible.

The sheets were filthy and covered in hair, and I have no idea when they were last changed. I ended up sleeping on top of the bed, which is unacceptable. The mattress felt like a sponge. All the plugs were fused together, so I had to leave the light on to charge my phone. Horrible.
