The reception staff were lovely and really helpful, and the neighborhood worked well, with Bellavista nightlife under a ten-minute walk away. Our room was on the ground floor right by reception, though, and late-night conversations there carried as if people were in our room. The hotel itself was neat and nice. I’d come back, but I’d pay extra for an upstairs room.

I had a comfortable stay in a simple single room with a shared bathroom, and it suited a longer trip just fine. It’s near Plaza Italia, where there’s plenty going on. The room and common areas were very clean, breakfast was complete, and reception treated me well. I had no problems and would recommend it.

The place was dirty, with stained sheets and towels. Check-in was a mess too: their remote reception system is supposed to work over Skype, but no one was there when we arrived, so we waited 45 minutes. The location was the only good thing about this hostel. One of the worst places we stayed during five months traveling around South America.

The location was great, and the staff were really friendly. Rooms were good and breakfast was nice. They can suggest some good tour companies, and will book a spot for you if you want.
