The staff group was very good. It’s a very good hotel within walking distance of the Santiago Chile Downtown Station. The internet speed could be better.

The facilities are quite decent, and the staff have a good attitude. Recommended if you need to come to Santiago de Chile.

Getting a room with air conditioning seems to come down to luck. In winter, you have to ask for a heater, and the one they provide barely warms the room. The hotel isn't cheap, either, which makes the mediocre service especially disappointing. You might encounter an older manager who speaks rudely and shows no empathy, as though helping you is a favor. A real shame. I wouldn't recommend it.

The staff were so friendly, and the location made it easy to explore Santiago on foot or by public transport, with the metro right next door. I spent a week here with my family and had a great experience. Our room was clean and cozy. Breakfast was good, even if it was simple.
