The included breakfast was one of the best we had in South America, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The rooms felt luxurious, with high ceilings, lovely linens and fixtures, and a very fancy Japanese bidet. The shower had hot water and great pressure. Our firm bed was comfortable, with several kinds of pillows. It was so much fun to stay somewhere this luxurious for a reasonable price. I can't recommend it enough.

We stayed May 14-18 and had a fantastic time. When the thermostat in our room malfunctioned, the manager moved us to another one. The staff went above and beyond by arranging takeaway breakfast for our early departure, before the restaurant opened. Service was outstanding across the team, from the front desk and restaurant servers to the doorman. Special thanks to FRANCISCA ANAY at the front desk, who was always prompt and well informed when arranging drivers and tours, and giving advice and directions around Santiago. We'll absolutely recommend the hotel to anyone wanting to stay near Santiago's historical district.

Our stay was very short, but Luis and Francisca made it memorable and so enjoyable. They were warm, funny, and friendly, and helped make everything special. Thanks to Ife in the restaurant and everyone at DeBaines for being so lovely. We'll definitely be back. The photo shows our last sunset through the beautiful restaurant windows.

The rooms were spotless and well equipped, and breakfast was lovely with plenty to eat. The staff were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to make our stay easy and comfortable. We had a wonderful time at this lovely 5 star hotel. The rooftop bar is a great spot for sunset drinks, with a nice snack menu. Highly recommend it, and thank you for a wonderful stay.

I stayed a few nights in December 2025 and had no complaints. This is a luxury hotel at a very reasonable price, with spotless rooms and common areas, and friendly, professional staff. Nicholas was especially helpful, sharing good recommendations and arranging a few things I needed. The location worked perfectly for me. Cerro Santa Lucia and a metro rail station are just a couple of blocks away, and Plaza de Armas and Plaza de la Constitucion are about a 15-minute walk. There are plenty of good restaurants nearby, along with banks and currency exchanges. There's a restaurant downstairs and a terrace upstairs that's nice in the evening. The internet and air conditioning both worked well.
