From booking through the stay, everything went really well. I had read all the details before reserving, and it was just what I wanted, though it still surprised me. The apartment was clean and organized, including the bedding, and check-in and checkout were well handled. The portable heater worked great, and the TV and internet did too. I had no issues during those 8 days. I'm leaving tomorrow very satisfied with the communication with the host and with everything.

The apartments are lovely and well equipped, and what stands out most is the location and the 24-hour concierge. This is our third time staying here. We booked through Airbnb and got a much better price.

The apartment felt cozy and had plenty of space, and it was spotless. There are lots of shops and attractions nearby, with central Santiago close at hand. The condominium reception is staffed around the clock, and the front desk service was excellent.

Downtown Santiago looked wonderful from the accommodation, and it was quiet with complete privacy. I could walk to museums, metro stations, Plaza de Armas, the San Cristóbal and Santa Lucía hills, and supermarkets. Staying in the Bellas Artes neighborhood made for a great experience.

The kitchen was poorly equipped, with no toaster and many appliances that didn't work. There were leaks and power cuts, and the windows were dirty while the curtains looked as if they hadn't been washed in ages. I was also met with rude treatment, false accusations, and an attitude that treated me like an elderly person needing special care. I'd pay a little more to stay at Altura Suites or Boulevard de Bellas Artes for better service.
