The host messaged me on WhatsApp during the week of my trip to say the apartment I’d booked wasn’t available. I’d reserved through Booking three months earlier, but was told to either take a place downtown or cancel through Booking. I spent 30 minutes waiting on the Booking line, then gave up. I was left completely on my own, with no chance of finding another place in Providencia, so I’m trying to find something reasonable in Centro. Avoid this accommodation. Don’t count on it, unless you want a headache.

The host was really polite and quick to reply. The kitchen was well equipped, and both bedrooms had comfortable beds. The front rooms look out toward the Cordillera. It’s close to pretty much everything, including the metro, supermarkets, pharmacies, pizza places, and tourist sights. I’d definitely stay again. A clothes steamer, air fryer, and Wi-Fi in the apartment would make things more convenient, since Wi-Fi is only available in the building hall.

Everything was neat and the service was excellent. The apartments felt safe and were very comfortable, with the metro just half a block away. Highly recommended.
