I’d definitely stay here again. The hotel offers good value, comfortable rooms, and excellent amenities for a short visit or an overnight connection. The indoor pool and wellness area are a real bonus after a long day of travel, and both are clean, relaxing, and well designed. The location is just minutes from the airport, and the shuttle makes transfers simple. Staff were friendly, professional, and efficient at check-in and throughout the stay. My room was spacious, clean, and quiet, with a comfortable bed, and the hotel was well maintained overall.

The airport shuttle was the one good thing. The location works for that, but getting into the actual city costs about 25 USD. Breakfast was okay, though not especially good. The room AC didn’t work, and I spent both days in a room at 28-25 °C. They moved me through three different rooms with the same issue, then said there was nothing else they could do. The next day they told me they already knew about the problem but hadn’t disclosed it before I completed the booking. I wouldn’t have stayed if I’d known.

My mother would definitely stay here again, and we highly recommend the hotel. The staff’s service was a 10/10. I especially want to thank Cristóbal, who took my call the day before her arrival and patiently, respectfully, and professionally answered all my questions about the booking and hotel services. Her room was spotless, tidy, and equipped with everything listed in the booking. The facilities were comfortable and welcoming, and the location had a beautiful view of the Andes. The transfer service was punctual, making her trips to and from the airport very convenient. Breakfast was amazing, with lots of delicious options.
