A terrible experience, and the service is beyond bad. The rooms are horrible. I left a charger behind, and they said they had it, but kept me waiting an hour while they searched. They didn’t find it. I called twice to ask them to send it by courier, and Pamela Quezada at the front desk was extremely rude and hung up on me. She wouldn’t answer the phone afterward. If everything goes smoothly, all you have to deal with is a badly cleaned, old-fashioned room. But if you run into a problem, forget it.

This was the worst hotel. I booked several rooms at this hotel in Chile while travelling through Bogota, Sao Paulo, and San Juan. There was no hot water, so I changed hotels in the middle of the night. I spent the day trembling because my friend’s room had a broken heater. Another friend’s Bang-yum pillow was contaminated, and a different friend is suffering from allergies because of the bedding.

The room was a good size, the food was good, and the staff were helpful. I enjoyed my stay at this great hotel, which is very close to the Capital. My only complaint was how long it took for hot water to reach the room.

The breakfast is excellent, with lots of variety, and the staff are still very cooperative. The hotel property is big, centrally located in Santiago, and close to the metro and a supermarket. Most rooms are very big, but unclean and not maintained at all. They’re also very dark, and their size creeped me out. I changed rooms three times during my four-day stay. I hope they can do something to maintain the property.
