Maria took great care of us, and the steak was seriously the best I've ever had. We also loved the mango sauce on the salad. It's a tiny, unassuming spot, but absolutely worth going to. This was our best meal in Santiago by far. The rating only goes up to 5, but I'd give it a 10! ❤️

The rooms were spotless and roomy, with good sized bathrooms, even if the decor feels a little dated. Wi-Fi was strong throughout the hotel, and the staff were really friendly. There was plenty to choose from at the included breakfast, and the well kept pool and terrace were lovely for relaxing. I'd stay here again.

The location is good, but this is an old building and it shows in the furniture, and some rooms are small. You get what you pay for, so don't expect luxury. Breakfast has lots of choices, although the restaurant doesn't open until 7:30. If you're heading out on a Santiago tour, the companies often pick you up at 7, so you'll probably miss it. And if you care about good coffee, try Starbucks across the street. The hotel coffee is weak and poor quality.

The staff were all great, and Sebastian was especially helpful. Breakfast was good too. The rooms feel a little old, but not enough to take away from what is otherwise a good hotel.
