They cancelled my reservation after I booked, and more than a year later I still haven’t got back my 500,000 pesos. They take bookings and then keep your money. Complete scammers.

We rented a unit through AirBnb for ten days. The building has a 24-hour front desk, reasonably spacious garages, a pool, laundry, and a gym, although we didn’t use those last three. The taps had hot water. In the unit we rented, the layout gave us a reasonable amount of privacy while still letting in light. The units we saw didn’t have blackout curtains, and nearby nightclubs can be noisy if you have trouble sleeping with the air conditioning on. The large window is soundproof, though, so closing it takes care of the noise. There’s an intercom in the units, which makes deliveries easier. Besides the small studios, once called kitnets, there are one- and two-bedroom units.

The apartments are okay, but monthly common expenses are a steep $120,000, and management hasn’t explained why. The common areas are very limited and cost extra to use, and the barbecue areas are a joke. It’s a poorly planned project where you just lose money. I wouldn’t recommend buying or renting here.
