Fast Track SCL AirPort

We stayed one night last month while waiting for our plane. The place was comfortable and clean, and it's close to the airport. The host was very kind and helpful. Thanks for the wonderful accommodation, I strongly recommend it!

I was extremely disappointed with the customer service and felt publicly disrespected. When we asked whether we could have breakfast, the owner's adult son raised his voice at us in front of another guest who was eating and refused us, even though breakfast was included in the package. He was angry because his dog had woken him by barking after we ordered Uber Eats, once he'd fallen asleep. We'd arrived late and hadn't eaten dinner, and both he and his father had suggested we order Uber Eats.

We didn’t feel secure staying here. There was no key for our room, nowhere safe to lock up our valuables, and we weren’t given a key to the main gate either. That left us unsure whether we could get back in if we went out at night. The sheets also had hairs and a fingernail in them, so my partner and I slept under our own travel blanket instead. I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it.

A great host, a good breakfast, and an affordable price. It’s close to the airport too, so it had everything I wanted.
