I stayed one night after arriving on a late flight, then had an early flight out. The airport location is fantastic: it's a two minute walk from the lobby to check-in. The lobby is on the small side and can get busy when flights land around peak times, but the staff were excellent and it was clean. The room had seen better days, with lots of scuffs on the walls from suitcases and bags. Still, it was comfortable and well soundproofed, with no plane or traffic noise. The bathroom was large, clean, and everything worked. Dinner at the restaurant was okay, the food was nice and the price wasn't too bad. Handy for dinner or breakfast. The location is what makes this hotel. If you want extra time in bed or a short walk to the airport, it fits the bill. It can be expensive, so keep that in mind, but I'd stay again.

Breakfast was good, though there wasn't much for vegans, as often happens at hotels. Otherwise, no complaints. This room is just right for a couple: clean, spacious, comfortable, and quiet, with a big bathroom. The location is great, across from Santiago airport, so getting there is quick and easy. Reception is open 24/7, and every receptionist was attentive and friendly.

I broke my toe while traveling alone with my 6-year-old daughter, and Manuel from the team wheeled me all the way to the airline check-in desk. His kindness and professionalism made a really difficult situation manageable. I'm so grateful for the service. I live in Australia and my family is based in Brazil, so this hotel is an ideal stopover in Santiago, with the airport an easy walk away. I also noticed improvements around the property this time, especially the beautifully modernised bathrooms. The restaurant food was excellent, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. I highly recommend it.

We only needed the motel room to sleep before the next part of our trip. It was older, but had a king bed and a really comfortable chair in the corner. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, and the shower was hot with great pressure. We skipped breakfast since we could eat at the airport. Payment was the only snag because they don't take debit cards. It was stressful, but sorted quickly with the Cambio at the airport, and she was great.

The pool was nice, and although the gym was small, it had enough options for a good workout. The rooms were comfortable and very quiet once we turned off the AC. It's really handy for the airport, ideal for a transit through Santiago. Breakfast eggs could use some work. I ordered sunny side up, but they forgot to make them. Otherwise, very nice.
