The owners were so welcoming. Since it was Father’s Day and my wife was pregnant during our stay, they even brought cake to our room. We loved the place and can recommend it. Just keep in mind, this isn’t a hostel where you can use the kitchen.
Cecilia is so lovely, she makes you feel at home. The place has lots of charm, and it was very clean. The bed was really comfortable too.
You’re just steps from the metro, and the location couldn’t be better. The rooms are spotless, breakfast was wonderful, and the owners are so kind. Such a great place, highly recommend it!
The hosts were a 7, really friendly and always ready to help, so we’ll definitely come back. Staying in a mansion in Cienfuegos was a real plus, with its architecture and history, and the hostel itself offers very good value for money. It’s conveniently close to metro line 1, which connects to different parts of Santiago, and Centropuerto buses are two blocks away for direct airport transport.
The location made getting around easy, with the airport bus stop only 200 meters away, plus subway lines and buses serving the rest of the city. Barrio Brasil is a quiet neighborhood, though there are a few bars with a nice atmosphere for food and drinks at night. Breakfast is included, with fruit, sandwiches and pastries, plenty to get the day started. The hostel itself was peaceful and comfortable, with a welcoming, home-like feel. Cecilia was always attentive to what guests needed. I loved staying here and highly recommend it.
