The dorm and private room were both really comfortable, and I fully loved this hostel. Christian was the most attentive person I’ve dealt with at a hostel, always making sure we had the best experience. The bar has a relaxed vibe, with free drinks on Friday and Saturday nights. They make the most amazing sangria. Good times.

The reception guys were so friendly and helpful during my four nights, spoke great English, and even remembered my name 😜. They were accommodating when I asked to add a night. I liked the gym, co-work space, and rooftop lounge, and there are plenty of good spots to sit around the hostel. A few things could be better: the top floor room, especially the top bunk, got really hot, and even two fans didn’t make it easy to sleep. The electric stove took ages to heat up and had only four burners. There’s a nice reading nook with lots of books on the first floor, but its motion-sensitive light kept switching off while I was trying to read. Still, I had a great stay!

The location was great, and after 13 days I can say I loved this hostel. The German guy and the long-haired guy at reception were really helpful. I’d definitely stay here again when I’m in Santiago.

Check-in was really quick, and I felt very welcome. It’s a nice hostel with great service, especially from Malik at reception. He was super friendly and gave me some great Santiago tips.

I spent several nights here and had a great experience. The location is great and the hostel had everything we needed. Cristian at reception was so welcoming, always up for a fun chat when you came in or needed something. He gave us useful city tips and was very helpful when we asked to extend our stay.
