The location made it easy to get around Santiago, with key areas nearby and the metro close at hand. I stayed at Casa Conde Boutique Hotel for nine nights, and it was more than I expected. The rooms were comfortable, and having air conditioning made a noticeable difference. Each morning, the team made a real effort to make sure I was happy with breakfast. It's a charming boutique place with a warm, welcoming feel. The owners were exceptionally gracious, and Sebastian was especially wonderful to talk with, always going out of his way to make the stay pleasant. One thing I already miss is Romeo, the hotel's resident dog, who keeps watch over the street. He quickly became a familiar, welcome presence. This is a thoughtfully managed, well-run hotel, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Santiago.

Casa Conde felt like home, and I had a really pleasant stay. Alfredo and Patricia were great hosts, attentive and familiar. The place has plenty of character and a cozy atmosphere. If you can, book here. It's a real hidden gem!

At Hotel Boutique Casa Conde in Santiago, Mayra and Fernanda made the stay special. They were professional, genuinely kind, and always ready to help. Their care and attention made me feel very welcome. It's a charming boutique hotel for a quiet, personal stay with a simple feel. The atmosphere is warm and peaceful, and breakfast was very good, fresh, well prepared, and satisfying. The price felt very affordable for the quality. I strongly recommend it if you're looking for comfort, calm, and heartfelt hospitality in Santiago.

The old building has no elevator, but someone is always available to help carry suitcases up and down the stairs. That age is part of the charm, along with the creaky floors. Our room was simple, clean, and well maintained. Alfredo and Patricia, the retired couple who run the place, were warm and wonderful hosts. We also met their daughter and adorable grandson. When I travel, I try to stay in local hotels that reflect the country and culture, and this one is a gem. We had a great stay at Hotel Boutique Casa Conde. I loved it and would return in a heartbeat.

I got the best night's sleep I've had in weeks. The host was attentive and accommodating, and the room was clean and a good size. It was easy to get around on foot, and the stay worked perfectly for exploring.
