There are lots of restaurants nearby, and small shops are within a five-minute walk. The area felt safe and interesting, with a good location in Santiago. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. Just be aware that rooms facing the street can be noisy.

The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, and the restaurant had a good-value executive set menu as well as a good buffet breakfast. It's also a safe-area hotel, close to Avenida Italia, one of the best places to eat and hang out. Very good value for money.

The service was terrible. Rooms are small and old, and the beds are awful, very old and completely sagged through.

The room was clean, at least. It's an okay budget hotel, but my single room was tiny, with no space for a suitcase, and the bathroom was small too.

They first put us in a small triple room. The shower there was really tiny, but they were able to move us to a slightly better room.
