Thank you for being kind during my stay. I stayed from 24 to 25 Feb in room 1219 and checked out at 5 PM on 25 Feb. I left two jackets in the closet, one purple and one blue. I've already left Chile. Would it be possible to send them to my address? I messaged the Center on 25 Feb but haven't had a reply, and I couldn't get through by phone, so I'm sorry to contact you through this review. I know you're busy, but please reply.

The metro stations on Line 1 are close by, and good bars, coffee shops, and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel is a solid option for the price, with fairly spacious rooms and decent facilities like air conditioning, a fridge, and a kettle. Breakfast was pretty average, but at 3-star prices you can't expect 5-star food.

My partner and I had a wonderful stay, and the bed was super comfortable. I loved it here and would definitely come back :)

There’s a big gap under the door, so light and a lot of noise come in. The rooms aren't soundproof at all. An alarm in the neighboring room woke me at 5 AM.

The rooms are cramped, and the toilet barely flushes. They never replied to our email asking for early check-in, then wanted to charge twice the price for it. This isn't even a three-star hotel.
