After struggling to find a hostel like this on my trip through South America, it was a relief to finally find a good one. It was cozy, looked nice, very clean, and the staff were really friendly. The one thing that bothered me was that the shower water wouldn't stay at one temperature for more than two minutes. Given how good everything else was, I can forgive that.

We'd told them we were traveling with an infant, but they still confirmed the booking without warning us how extremely small the rooms were. The receptionist told us, while lying on a bed, to cancel through Booking. We had to find somewhere else at the last minute. Very poor service, rude and unwelcoming.

The rooms were tiny, so we ended up going somewhere else. The staff were rude and the service was bad. They even talked to us while lying on a bed.

The street was really noisy, and check-in was a very bad experience. One of the staff members was among the least friendly people I've met in South America.

A good spot for a short stay.
