We really enjoyed the stay. The hotel is nicely decorated, and the front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful. The free bikes and e-bikes were the best perk. We loved exploring the city by bike.

We booked this at the last minute and were glad we did. The view from our room was stunning, and the place had clean rooms with a few funky, distinctive touches. Staff at reception and upstairs in the breakfast buffet were very nice. The continental breakfast had a huge selection, from savory and sweet items to fruit and pickled things. Great location in Providencia. I'd absolutely recommend it and stay again.
