The hotel's best feature was the staff. Everyone was warm, smiling, and ready to help, and I especially want to thank Carlos for his kindness and wonderful service. Breakfast was another highlight, with plenty of choices and attentive service. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a great bed and pillows, working air conditioning, and an ideal shower with hot water. The location is excellent, near the metro, the Costanera Center shopping mall, the Sculpture Park, cable cars, and funiculars. The metro was clean and easy to use, the area felt very safe, and there were lots of nearby bars and restaurants. I left very happy with the service, comfortable room, and location.

The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices and was a handy way to fuel up before an excursion. We also enjoyed the top-floor pool, which was lovely and so quiet that we had it to ourselves. The hotel is right beside a subway station with a direct route to the long-distance bus station. Our room was clean and spacious, with good natural light, working air conditioning and water, and a secure safe. The bed was comfortable too. Daniel, the evening receptionist, was very friendly and gave us helpful tips about the city. Very good value for money.

I was worried after reading the reviews and didn't expect much, but the reception staff were really friendly, especially Geraldine. The bed was very comfortable, and breakfast was fresh and delicious, even if the selection wasn't huge. One small suggestion: a sign on the door for guests who want cleaning would save the housekeeper from having to knock. The terrace and pool have a beautiful view. I would've liked to enjoy them, but it wasn't the season.

The hotel was generally good and the staff were friendly, but I couldn't sleep that night. Someone on my floor was clearly out of sorts and caused a disturbance all night. I spoke with the manager the next day, and he said they would compensate us, though I don't know what the hotel actually did. I wish they'd acted sooner, and an apology alone felt like too little compensation.
