Hotel Voila

I’d been nervous after reading some reviews, but we had a fantastic stay. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was nice, and the air conditioning worked great. I’m really glad I stayed there.

The room was clean and just right, and there was no noise at all. The receptionist was lovely and gave excellent service. I’d definitely come back.

I was really disappointed. They advertise this online as a hotel with different photos, but what we found was completely unlike the pictures and was actually a motel. Breakfast was awful and service was even worse. The sheets and bedding were dirty, with strange substances on them. The showers were ugly and broken, and the soap had already been used, sitting on a rusty metal holder peeling off the wall. They say there’s air conditioning, but there was only a fan that looked ready to fall apart. The rooms barely had any light, the kitchen was right outside the room, and noise went on until two in the morning. Please don’t stay here or fall for this trap.

Hello, I’m writing to speak directly with the person responsible and the owner. I’m staying at Hotel Vila Moneda, and my experience has been terrible. The charging cable for my phone, an original Apple one, was taken from our room, apartment 25. I’m certain it was there when we left. A charging adapter was also acquired from another guest’s room, apartment 17. This is unacceptable. Are we paying to be robbed? Only my cable was taken, but even though it’s a simple item, losing it has caused a big problem because I need my phone. I just want what belongs to me returned. I hope this is resolved as soon as possible. I no longer trust them to disturb the room, so please don’t let them clean or enter it, okay? Honestly, this isn’t right, and for that reason I don’t recommend anyone go or stay here. Be careful, they steal there!
