This is not a hotel! There’s a lot of theft in the building, especially affecting tourists, who are treated badly. The rooms aren’t cleaned and are very expensive for what they really are. We stayed only one of the nights we’d planned. I recommend hotel fundador a block away. It’s much better!

I chose Infinity because of the price. I was only in Santiago for one night and basically wanted somewhere clean and safe where I could get a good night’s sleep. The receptionist was very helpful and went out of his way to arrange a room so I could get in early, even though I arrived WAY before check-in. He had every right to tell me there was nothing he could do and to come back at the proper time. For travelers who can’t bear to be disconnected, the internet is REALLY good and quite fast.

It’s a vacation apartment complex. The location is unbeatable for walking around central Santiago, but I really struggled with the lack of air conditioning. It’s suitable for three people at most, if that. For two children and two adults, one adult has to sleep in the living room.

Good location, but like many Chilean hotels, the garage rental, van transport, and tours come at high prices. Don’t use anything beyond the basic services, because they’ll charge you four times a fair price. 👎
