Tourists, be careful. This place is a scam. Lots of people complain every day, but the owners delete bad Yelp reviews.

Very central.

Great location and a spacious apartment with an oven, stove, microwave, air conditioning, fridge, electric kettle, and toaster. Dishes and basic kitchen supplies are provided. A thorough cleaning is done daily. There are no bathroom amenities. Guests can use the terrace and pool in Tower A.

This was the worst lodging experience of my life. When we arrived, the person at the complex reception treated us very poorly. It’s a complex with several towers owned by different people. We were tired and waited at reception for the person responsible for our booking. When he arrived, he gave us the room and garage information instead of showing us where to go. We hadn't known it was a complex, and finding our apartment was extremely difficult. The bedroom window had no curtain, and a curtain was bunched up on the floor. We slept with no privacy, exposed to all the apartments in the buildings opposite. Curtains were put up the next day. There was no air conditioning, and it was unbearably hot during the day. On the second day, the water was cut off, and nobody told us. We went to the responsible person's office three times and couldn't find anyone. We also tried to pay separately for the garage, but couldn't do that either. The fee was an outrageous R$60 per day. The most shocking thing happened on our last night: at 11:30 p.m., while my wife and I were asleep, an employee simply opened our apartment door. We woke to the sound, and I got up in alarm, prepared for the worst. She said, “I thought you weren't here.” I was so angry I couldn't speak. If this had happened in Brazil, I would have filed a lawsuit or crushed that intruder's face. She said she'd come to tell me I had to pay for parking. Did that give her the right to invade the apartment I'd paid to stay in? The next morning I went to the office to pay and report the abuse, but again nobody was there. We left and won't return. I wouldn't recommend this dump to anyone. It's not worth it.
