4/10
Getting into the apartment was a hassle because our group of several people had just one key for a three-bedroom unit with four beds. We had to coordinate who carried it whenever we went out. The pool also wasn't open during its posted hours, and the elevators were often out of service. The location was fairly convenient, a short walk from the nearest metro and a few stops from the heart of Los Condes. The recent renovations looked poorly done: doors wouldn't latch properly when locked, and the cheap laminate floor squeaked even under socks. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

8/10
The apartments were clean and had everything we needed in an upscale neighborhood. The service was great and they were flexible. I'd come back.

The neighborhood has lively nightlife, and the apartments are simple but clean. A great place.

Nothing fancy, but the apartments are comfortable for either a short stay or a longer one.
