The rooftop terrace is wonderful on warm evenings. Francisco the owner is an angel, and the hotel is cute with lovely decor. My husband and I stayed for two nights and had a good time.

We had a lovely three nights at Franziscos B&B. The breakfast was great, with lots of different things to eat, and the restaurants he suggested were all super delicious. As soon as we arrived, Franzisco showed us around the area and shared his top restaurant recommendations. He really looks after his guests with so much passion. Thank you, Franzisco. It was a pleasure meeting you.

The terrace has a lovely view of the Andes Mountains, and the house itself is beautiful and well decorated. He made us feel at home and helped us work out where to go and how to get there. He explained the metro and metro card, and even let us borrow his BIP Card in Santiago. The place is in a safe, well-located area, an 8-10 minute walk from the metro station. In September 2018, a ride from the bus station cost us 2500peso and took at most 10 minutes. Breakfast was great. He also introduced us to some of his friends, including bar owners and city tour people. I’d recommend staying here. The price could maybe be 10-15% lower, but given all the extras he provided and how comfortable he made us feel, I didn’t mind.

The neighborhood is peaceful, and getting around by metro is easy. The rooms are cozy and breakfast was awesome. Francisco is a great, helpful owner who takes a real interest in his guests and looks after them.
