The rooms are big and the location is good, but those are the only advantages. The WiFi network was the most ridiculous one I've ever experienced 🤮

I spent a month here while studying and loved everything about it. The facilities were excellent, and when the room heating gave me trouble, they fixed it very quickly. Shops, the metro, and other things are nearby, and the area feels very safe. Breakfast was amazing every day. Highly recommended.

You get a beautiful view at breakfast, and the location and service are both excellent.

The view is beautiful, though breakfast is modest, and the rooms could use renovation. The location is excellent: the metro is two blocks away, and a taxi to Santiago's main tourist attractions costs around 2,000 to 3,000 Chilean pesos.
